Neveronceagaininsomuchas Alert!

Good to see the SN tradition of wild self-importance still stands.

From the latest story about the new Editor in Chief, Nick Mrozowski:

The editor in chief of The State News serves for three semesters, works to communicate with members of the community and handles personnel issues within the paper's staff. Amy Bartner, who served as editor in chief of the paper for the past year, is graduating in December.

"I don't think that this newspaper has been in better hands in the past few years," Bartner said. "Nick doesn't think like any other journalist in the universe. Journalism needs more Nick Mrozowskis for the sake of saving it."

Best.

You know, I tried to save journalism. But I failed. Miserably. I hope Nick has better luck than I did.

I asked you point blank dozens of times, "Does this paper need saving?" And what did you say??

We had our chances.
